About the Space
Welcome to 10 acres of undisturbed natural beauty! We are located at the border of Los Angeles and Ventura Counties, within the Los Angeles 30-mile studio zone, only 5 miles from the 101 freeway and Westlake Village,12 miles to El Matador State Beach (Malibu) and Pacific Coast Hwy (PCH). Would highly recommend this space. Such a beautiful view and Jen was so helpful. This was a much more practical way to shot a hiking scene rather than hiking deep into a trail somewhere with no facilities- we had a basecamp, parking, and bathroom just steps away from where we were shooting. Would love to come back!

Beautiful place; vibes are so peaceful and Jen is amazing. I 100% recommend Thank you Jen for making my day possible. I held my wedding ceremony here and it began to rain an 1hr before. Jen was kind enough to have a plan B available for me.
